Master Composter is a flexible, self-paced online course designed to teach the science and practice of composting. Through interactive modules, participants will explore the decomposition process, learn how to manage compost systems at home, and discover the environmental and soil health benefits of composting. Optional hands-on activities and supplemental materials support learners who want to apply what they’ve learned in a home or community setting.


This course will give participants confidence when identifying flies during the Great Southeast Pollinator Census.
